Our Story
Ragit started with a frustration we kept running into: AI projects at large consultancies were bloated with overhead. Clients paid for senior expertise but got junior resources. Promising prototypes died in handoff limbo. We knew there was a better way.
In 2024, after years of leading AI teams, shipping production ML systems, and advising enterprises on data strategy, we decided to build the consultancy we wished existed — one where senior people do the work, every project is designed to reach production, and clients always know exactly who's building their solution and why.
We're a fully remote-first team based in Europe. This means we hire for talent, not geography, and our clients benefit from focused, async-friendly delivery without the overhead of big offices. We believe the best work happens when smart people have the freedom to solve hard problems — wherever they are.
Today, Ragit partners with companies across SaaS, Finance, and Manufacturing to deliver end-to-end AI solutions — from strategic audits and roadmaps to production-grade ML systems and hands-on team enablement. Every engagement is led by the founders themselves, because that's the whole point.

Our founders lead Ragit while building and advising AI teams across industry, backed by Master’s degrees, cloud certifications, and experience at leading tech companies.
Leads Ragit’s strategy and client delivery. Spent years leading AI teams and building data analysis and Machine Learning systems that actually ship, from early prototypes to production. She specializes in turning prototypes into production systems and making sure stakeholders and technical teams stay aligned. She has led AI workshops for developers and companies and brings a mix of technical depth, clear communication, and hands-on delivery to every client engagement.
Drives technical direction and delivery at Ragit. Delivers AI and ML solutions for enterprises as a senior consultant: from RAG and document understanding to MLOps and computer vision. He has built production systems across finance, energy, and manufacturing. His work has delivered measurable impact: from cutting deal insight time from weeks to hours to high automation rates and quality-control accuracy in real-world deployments.
